How it all started

As a child growing up in New Jersey my summers were spent enjoying the waters of Pushaw Pond. I always knew I wanted to live in Maine some day. Fast forward to January 1987, my husband and I packed our bags and moved from New Providence, New Jersey to Lincoln, Maine.

Our goal was to raise a family in a small town and grow deep roots. 36 years and three girls later we have done just that. Embedded in the community as a firefighter and junior high educator, we never regretted that decision. Years later we stepped out and started our own landscaping company that through the years introduced us to really great people and opportunities. We ventured out on a limb in 2020 purchasing the lot on Center Pond and thus began the journey and creation of Cozy Knoll.

We know first hand how the stress of everyday life alters our perspectives and relationships. It is our hope to offer a relaxing, family first lifestyle. The raw beauty of nature at its best will reset your vision of what is really important in life: good times, family, laughter and memories that will last a lifetime.
